ST. PAUL (AP) - Rain improved soil moisture in Minnesota last week, but slowed the sweet corn and potato harvests. The U-S Department of Agriculture's Minnesota field office says farmers have started harvesting corn to store in silos and are into the third cutting of alfalfa.
