No global warming? Tell it to Arkansas duck hunters. August in Arkansas was hotter than the hinges in hell. There was no rain to speak of. Oak trees gave up on photosynthesizing and the hillsides turned brown. Social interaction required two baths a day.

TIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Mounting a scathing attack on the CPI(M), Kerala Chief Minister Oommen Chandy, today said the party was worried about the UDF fast regaining its strength and that was why it was forging "opportunistic ties with UDF deserters."
